Today, the business of Stratagems Asia spans across from business and regulatory advisory to sourcing and providing projects, investment and trading opportunities to our valued clients.

Unlike many of our larger competitors, we do not take a cookie cutter approach in advising our valued clients. At Stratagems Asia, each client is unique, with distinct needs and goals.

In September 2003, the idea of a company aiming in providing "professional services" to high net-worth individual who wishes to use shell companies incorporated in tax-heaven countries for investment purposes was initiated. Later, it was agreed by the subscribers of the company that the term "professional services" which broadly defined as the type of services the company could offer to its clients, have to be restricted to regulatory and administrative advisory services only. Services such as investment advisory and investment of clients' monies will not be included due to regulatory restrictions and professional licenses requirement that is needed to be obtained through the local regulatory authorities ("MAS") if such services are to be offered.

Stratagems Asia Pte Ltd was subsequently incorporated on 1st of November 2003. The registered office was located and remain till today at International Plaza, Singapore for its easy access to banks, financial institutions and legal firms in the surrounding business district area.
