1. By making payment, you have agreed to all policies, terms and conditions of our organisation.

2. All payment made for enrollment of courses are non-refundable as per our T&C. In the event of cancellation on the event date, we will reschedule another convenient date to conduct. A cancellation penalty of 50% of the total invoice amount will be imposed if a compromised rescheduled date were not met. Kindly make careful consideration before making any payment.

All other disputes and claims for refunds will not be considered and entertained.

3. A non-refundable cancellation penalty of 50% of the total invoice amount applies for our Concierge Services as per our T&C. Same penalty is applicable on orders rejected by concierge.
